Oh, how I love, love, love being this little girl's Mama!

October 24, 2009 - This week I came down with something, something not so good! I felt very flu-like and plain miserable! I don't know if I experienced the the pig flu, but I sure felt like a herd of large pigs ran me over. Ended up staying home by myself on Wednesday to rest. Friday (a.k.a "Brooke Day") I still wasn't feeling 100% which was a real bummer! I don't work on Fridays and try and plan something fun for us to do, but I just wasn't feeling up to it. Brooke may have sensed this because this particular Friday, Brooke didn't want to get dressed and I didn't see why she needed to, so we had a PAJAMA day -ALL day! We did a lot of lounging and playing on the big pillow.

I'm feeling closer to 100%, but not quite there. Brooke and Mike are still feeling good - no sign of this flu type thing hitting them, at least not yet. I have a business trip coming up. Ugh!! Please stay healthy while I'm gone!!!
